What it is like to work with us

We know electrical work can feel stressful for homeowners, especially when it involves the main panel or opening walls. That is why we keep our process simple and transparent. We explain what your home needs, what the city requires, what the utility company needs, and what to expect from start to finish.

For panel upgrades, we provide the full price up front, including permits and fees. Once the contract is signed, we collect 10% to get the job moving, pull permits, and coordinate the utility disconnect and reconnect. On installation day, we remove the old panel, install the new electrical panel, reconnect wiring, install new breakers, and include a surge protector as part of our current standard. After inspection, we complete the stucco repair. Paint is not included, but stucco repair is covered after inspection. The final 90% is due after final inspection approval. We accept check or credit card.
