At Franks Innovative Electric Inc., we help Grand Terrace homeowners with safe, clean, professional electrical work. Grand Terrace is known for quiet neighborhoods, family homes, and easy access to nearby Inland Empire cities. Many homes in the area need electrical updates as power needs grow. If your panel is outdated, you are planning a remodel, or you want to install an EV charger, we are ready to help.
We focus on larger residential electrical projects that need real planning and experience. With 20 years of combined experience, we know how to get the job done the right way, keep the work area clean, and make the process easier for you.
Homeowners in Grand Terrace often call us when their electrical system can no longer keep up. That may mean flickering lights, breakers that trip often, not enough power for new appliances, or an old panel that should be replaced. We handle these projects from start to finish, including permits and utility coordination when needed.
We are known for high-quality workmanship and clear communication. Our work has been praised by city inspectors for being clean and professional. In fact, at least two city inspectors trusted us enough to hire us for their own properties. That says a lot about the standards we bring to every job.
We also make the process simple. For panel upgrades, we explain each step, pull the permits, coordinate with the city and utility, schedule the disconnect and reconnect, install the new panel and breakers, include surge protection as a current standard, and complete stucco repair after inspection. Paint is not included, but stucco repair is. Our goal is to protect your home, save you stress, and leave you with an electrical system you can rely on.
If you need a panel upgrade in Grand Terrace, we walk you through it clearly before work starts. Once you approve the quote, we sign a contract and collect 10% upfront. Then we pull permits, coordinate the meter spot if needed, and schedule the utility disconnect and reconnect. Timing is usually about 2 to 3 weeks out depending on city and utility availability.
On installation day, we remove the old panel, install the new panel, reconnect wiring, add new breakers, and install surge protection. After inspection, we complete the stucco repair. Final payment of 90% is due after final inspection. We accept check or credit card.
We are proud to serve homeowners in Grand Terrace and nearby communities throughout the Inland Empire. Customers choose us because we stay professional, show up prepared, and do the work with care. We have also earned 120+ historical reviews on HomeAdvisor, which reflects the trust we have built over time.
If you are in Grand Terrace and need a residential electrician for a panel upgrade, full rewiring, EV charger installation, or dedicated circuit work, call Franks Innovative Electric Inc. at (909) 648-8696. "Frank came to our rescue at last minute, after hours. He was professional and quick. We felt he went over and beyond to satisfy us."
"Frank’s Innovative Electric Incorporated did lighting for me at two separate locations. The first was a brand-new condominium that needed lighting in four rooms (living room, master bedroom and two standard bedrooms). A total of twelve retrofit lights, two retrofit ceiling fans, switches and dimmers for all rooms. I have slight obsessive compulsive disorder traits (OCD) and wanted the installation done right. Frank and Oscar did everything they could to make sure I was happy. I watch every part of the installation and was satisfied with their work. The results were so good I had them do the installation on my house for my office and loft (pictures posted). A total of ten retrofit lights, two retrofit ceiling fans, switches and dimmers for both rooms. I highly recommend Frank and Oscar, they understand people like me with my OCD traits and were patience and respectful. The prices for the both jobs were good and I would not hesitate to use their services again. The installation of the fans was done properly with careful work in subfloor of my office to place the ceiling fan bracket (there was a lip in the floor joist due to I-framing design). Oscar fashioned wood spacers so the retrofit “Saf-T-Brace” would fit properly. This took extra time and work but Oscar wanted to make sure the brace fit right. Before they started I asked Frank to come to the job site a second time so I could discuss my lighting needs (even after he gave a quote) because I was still concerned about how much light I would need. Frank and Oscar took the time and walked me through their thought process. In the end I followed their recommendations (6 lights in my office instead of 4) and I am glad I did. I highly recommend Frank’s Innovative Electric and couldn’t be more pleased. If you need an patience electrician with excellent customer service I would recommend that you give them a call."
