Need an electrician near you in Chino Hills, CA for panels, rewiring, or EV chargers? Call our team today.
At Franks Innovative Electric Inc., we help Chino Hills homeowners with the bigger electrical projects that need to be done right the first time. If your home needs a panel upgrade, full rewiring, EV charger installation, or dedicated circuits for new equipment, we bring the experience, clean workmanship, and clear communication to get it done safely.
Chino Hills is known for beautiful neighborhoods, pride of ownership, and homes that often need electrical systems updated for today’s power demands. Whether you are adding an electric vehicle charger, upgrading an older breaker panel, remodeling, or improving safety, we know how to match the electrical system to the way your home is used now.
Many homes in Chino Hills need more power than they were originally built for. Modern kitchens, HVAC systems, home offices, spa equipment, and EV charging all put extra strain on older electrical panels and wiring. We help homeowners make smart upgrades that improve safety, reliability, and daily convenience.
We are not a volume-based company rushing through small jobs. We focus on larger residential electrical projects where planning, quality, and code compliance matter. That means you get a contractor who understands service upgrades, permit requirements, utility coordination, and the details that protect your home long term.
We provide professional electrical services for homeowners who want safe, lasting results:
Panel upgrades are one of our core specialties. We walk you through the process from start to finish so there are no surprises. We explain the scope of work, provide the total price including permits and fees, handle permit pulling, and coordinate with the utility for disconnect and reconnect scheduling.
Once the contract is signed, we collect 10% upfront for panel upgrades and begin the permit and utility process. Most projects are scheduled about 2 to 3 weeks out depending on city and utility availability. On installation day, we remove the old panel, install the new panel and breakers, reconnect wiring, and include surge protection as part of our current standard. If stucco needs to be opened, we repair the stucco after inspection. Paint is not included. Final payment is due after final inspection approval. We accept check or credit card.
We know inviting an electrician to work on your home is a big decision. Our goal is to make the process simple. We show up ready, keep the work clean, and focus on electrical solutions that add value and peace of mind.
We serve homeowners throughout Chino Hills, including areas near Los Serranos, Butterfield Ranch, Fairfield Ranch, Payne Ranch, and surrounding residential communities. If you are in Chino Hills and need a reliable electrical contractor for a panel replacement, wiring upgrade, or EV charger install, we are ready to help.

"Honest,On time,Fair and reasonable pricing The Best contractor I've ever hired! Very experienced and knowledgeable! Hire Frank's Innovative if your electrical needs to be done right the first time!👍"
"Frank came to our rescue at last minute, after hours. He was professional and quick. We felt he went over and beyond to satisfy us."
"Frank’s Innovative Electric Incorporated did lighting for me at two separate locations. The first was a brand-new condominium that needed lighting in four rooms (living room, master bedroom and two standard bedrooms). A total of twelve retrofit lights, two retrofit ceiling fans, switches and dimmers for all rooms. I have slight obsessive compulsive disorder traits (OCD) and wanted the installation done right. Frank and Oscar did everything they could to make sure I was happy. I watch every part of the installation and was satisfied with their work. The results were so good I had them do the installation on my house for my office and loft (pictures posted). A total of ten retrofit lights, two retrofit ceiling fans, switches and dimmers for both rooms. I highly recommend Frank and Oscar, they understand people like me with my OCD traits and were patience and respectful. The prices for the both jobs were good and I would not hesitate to use their services again. The installation of the fans was done properly with careful work in subfloor of my office to place the ceiling fan bracket (there was a lip in the floor joist due to I-framing design). Oscar fashioned wood spacers so the retrofit “Saf-T-Brace” would fit properly. This took extra time and work but Oscar wanted to make sure the brace fit right. Before they started I asked Frank to come to the job site a second time so I could discuss my lighting needs (even after he gave a quote) because I was still concerned about how much light I would need. Frank and Oscar took the time and walked me through their thought process. In the end I followed their recommendations (6 lights in my office instead of 4) and I am glad I did. I highly recommend Frank’s Innovative Electric and couldn’t be more pleased. If you need an patience electrician with excellent customer service I would recommend that you give them a call."
